  Hi folks!
  
  First, a shout-out to Alla, Bill, Steve, and Vladimir for hanging out with me today for our Q&A session. For those who missed it, the recording can be viewed by clicking here.
  
  Second, for this week’s homework, take a look at these 2 articles in the Strategy Formulation & Execution section in the Strategy Library:
  - Eliminate Strategic Overload: Values-Based Strategy
  - Turning Strategy Into Results
  Also, take a look at this article in the Dynamics of Growth section. This is an article written by Ed Hess that makes some astute observations about “smart growth” of our businesses:
  - Growth is the Dynamic Confluence of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Values

  Not sure why but I am blocked from downloading the “Turning Stategies into Results” article only 30 seconds after successfully downloading the “Eliminate Strategic Overload: Values-based Strategy” even though I never logged out.

  We had a back end switch that needed to be flipped on that file; apologies to you all for the extra trouble!
  
  I believe I’ve fixed it now and the file is attached here JUST TO BE SAFE … (in case my technical skills cannot be trusted).
