An Investment for a Profitable Future

(before we get into finances … just a word about new health & safety protocols)

Like in your own businesses, the 2020-2021 years taught us a lot of things, including how to be very flexible with our planning! In addition to adapted curriculum elements which can be delivered virtually where needed, the EAGL program has implemented significant safety protocols for all of our in-person sessions, including: utilizing exterior meeting spaces or larger interior / exterior spaces with enhanced fresh air exchange, selecting properties with rigorous cleaning protocols, providing PPE and additional cleaning during sessions, limiting cross-contamination of surfaces and enhanced food service management. You can trust that our staff has taken every possible precaution to keep our small groups safe. 

The EAGL pricing structure is different from many other programs

First, in addition to all the professional instruction, it’s all-inclusive pricing. The EAGL logistics team wants you to be able to focus on transformational learning, not figuring out details. That includes everything:

  • All-inclusive & hassle-free pricing: your “EAGL Concierge” service will arrange 2 or 3 night’s hotel stay at each in-person module (single room), plus sedan transportation to/from airport, and include breakfast, lunch, dinner, all snacks & beverages for all in person modules.
  • Access to PPE and other health/safety measures for in person sessions
  • Access to interactive Harvard Business Review simulations, plus a comprehensive list of resource materials and applied educational tools.
  • A video library of resources to help extrapolate learnings with your team.
  • A team to help you implement — 1:1 consultations with faculty members to build your personal strategic, marketing & financial plans.
  • A Gallup Strengths Finder assessment and personal coaching plan
  • Framed Certification in Applied Horticultural Business Management issued by Texas A&M University.
  • Onboarding enrollment for your company in YourMarketMetrics Grower Benchmarking program ($3250 value)
  • Approved guests can join Marketing & Finance modules for $2500 per guest (separate room) or $1750 (shared room).

Second, it’s billed as a retainer system, to be cashflow friendly for you: you place a deposit ($11,245) down with your application, and then we bill you in recurring $1750 increments for the 9 months of your program year.

The only additional charges you will be responsible for are:

  • Air or car travel to get to/from the destination city
  • Any optional additional nights at the conference facility, based on your personal travel preferences

If you apply to and are accepted to the EAGL program, the investment is $26,995 for the full all-inclusive curriculum.

  • $11,245 due May 1, 2022
  • 9 monthly installments of $1750 due 1st of each month from June 1, 2022 – February 1 2023
  • ACH payments are preferred
