Kellee O’ReillyKeymasterHello fresh EAGL Alumni! Again, so proud of all of you for your accomplishments this past year!
Know that Spring is already arriving fast-and-furious for some of you … just a few quick updates:
Here’s a link to download graduation photos (I believe I texted each of you also) – https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/strv9ehomyc6dvfzyfhpx/h?rlkey=wvshea516lzcsy2lfh14do3f1&dl=0
NEW RESOURCES:
I have uploaded the Tom Doll materials – fillable FAST Rocks planner, Functional Accountability chart – to the Mu Session Materials/ Capstone section, as well as a one-pager of the highlights on the comments that Brent Beachy shared during the graduation session.
A link to all of your videos of your presentations is there also – while no one loves watching themselves on camera, it IS valuable to hone our presentation skills and see how we engage … and you can share with your team who has been wondering what you’ve been up to these past 9 months!
Also uploaded a .pdf of the Byland’s performance development plan that Mike mentioned – it’s EXCELLENT, particularly the ‘focusing on our values’ section. (in this case, Accountability). The .docx version was a little wonky (my computer didn’t have the right font installed!) — so I added a .pdf also. Not every section will necessarily be relevant for everyone, but it’s a great template to start with — thank you for sharing, Mike! I also added a “Strengths-based Development Plan” template that another EAGL org has adapted recently, personalizing it to their organization (Alla & Bill – pieces of this one might be resonant for you with your team’s focus on Strengths!).
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: EAGLAlumni Delta Track Reunion: Oct 27-30, Tucson AZ
As a reminder … for those of you who haven’t fully completed the process — please continue to work with Charlie directly to get your YE 2023 financials into the Your MarketMetrics system. We want you to get full value out of your investment: let me know if any of you have access issues getting Alumni Hub posts or access to the resources … sometimes in the past, when we have changed status from “Student” to “Alumni” connections get broken… and we’re in the midst of a site redesign this Spring, so things are all a little temporary at the moment.
Now go forth and have an AMAZING Spring … fly, EAGLs, fly!
