Preparation for Finance Session

Hi EAGLs!

Here are a few announcements going into the Finance session. Please share with any guests you may be bringing.

1.  The Finance Library is now open. Please read all of the “Read in Full” documents that have the orange download button.  You are welcome to peruse the rest or leave them for future reading.

2. Kip’s example marketing plan template is included in the Nu Session Materials (under the Marketing & Operational Integration section).  Download then copy the tab into your 1PP spreadsheet if you desire to do so.

3. Everyone but John has their YMM data spreadsheet already completed. @John — please download the spreadsheet, the instructions, and the glossary and start completing the spreadsheet with your income statement and balance sheet data. Let me know if you want to set up a Zoom to walk through the process; I am glad to do so.

4. You should be checking in with Kip and/or Tom if you have any questions from the Marketing and Operational Integration session. Tom will be sharing some “template tabs” to add to the 1PP as well and I will post those to the Session Materials soon.
