Updated Capstone Project guidelines

Good morning EAGLs!

I trust that everyone had a good Thanksgiving yesterday. I am writing this morning to share the updated Capstone Project guidelines. The system is not letting me on the backend this morning, so I am attaching the file to this post until that situation is resolved and I can upload them into the Sessions Materials.
